These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods through the e-commerce store at www.beadz.be. We recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully before shopping on the website. It is necessairy for buying on the website that you accept the terms of trade.

We reserve the right to change our terms of trade without notice, but the version of the terms and conditions that apply to a specific order will always be the version that appears on the website at the time the order is placed.
All prices on the website are daily prices and are stated in Euro (EUR), including taxes, VAT and duties. The following cards can be used on the website: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Fees are not charged on website payments. Your payment will only be deducted through your debit / credit card when we ship your item (s) to you.
If you have ordered multiple items that cannot be shipped at one time, we will either deduct the total amount when the last ordered item is shipped, or subtract the amount for each part shipment separately as each part shipment is shipped. A larger amount than what you approved for the purchase cannot be deducted. Once you place your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation on your order via email along with a copy of these terms of trade. If you wish to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, you can send an email to email@example.com. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but not after a purchase has been completed.
All prices are in Euro (EUR). Prices are subject to change without notice. No VAT refunds when shipping to non-EU countries. Please note that prices when shipping to non-EU countries do not include VAT and therefore these orders are not eligible for a refund. Prices for non-EU countries are higher due to additional costs involved in shipping products outside the EU. Local customs costs are not covered by Beadz. We use Stripe as payment gateway.
We deliver in Europe and we ship for free in Belgium. We deliver free shipping if you buy for more than 80€, excluding shipping costs, in one order.
We ship our Belgium packages with BPost, PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS and UPS
For orders for delivery in Belgium, our usual delivery time is about 1-2 business days, but may vary. If delays occur at BPost or other partners, this will delay the delivery in relation to the expected delivery date. Beadz cannot be held responsible for such delays.
Track and trace
You will be assigned a tracking number so you can always follow your package.
Beadz grants 14 days full return right valid from the day the item is received. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you: – Have received your item. – Gets the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually. – Gets the last lot or the last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the supply of a product consisting of several lots or parts. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The message must be given to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your communication, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.
Return of the product
If you cancel your purchase, in addition to notifying us, you must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped. You bear the risk of the goods from the time the goods are delivered to you. You will lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on items that are not fit for return for health or hygiene reasons.

You can return your purchase on our return page. You can also – by prior arrangement – cancel the purchase by giving clear notice and delivering it in person at the above address.
Goods when you send it return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functions of the goods. If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, including when opening or damaging the packaging, etc., this means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only return part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item. In order to receive the full purchase price, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may examine the item, but do not put it into actual use.
Refund of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive back the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted. If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no extra costs as a result of your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this Agreement. We will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of returning it before then.
When you shop on our website, in accordance with the Purchasing Act, you have 24 months of right of complaint in relation to any errors and / or deficiencies that might be expected to be delivered. This means that you can either get the goods exchanged, the money back or the price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the error and / or defect did not arise as a result of improper use or storage of the product or other harmful conduct. We recommend keeping the items (dark) between 10-18 degrees. Freight damages must be reported to our carriers immediately upon receipt of goods.
How quickly should I complain?
You must let us know within a reasonable time after discovering the defect and / or defect of the item. If you let us know within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. In connection with your complaint, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. When returning an item, it must be packed in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
